SanVitis is born from the love for wine of three friends, Sergio, Massimo and Riccardo, coming from different working experiences.
Their passion for wine joins with the work of Alfredo, a winegrower and engineer able to combine scientific method and love in winemaker craft.
SanVitis is a project in the Italian wine scenery that wants to re-discover and valorize a land with a millennial history and tradition.
Following this philosophy, SanVitis selects a series of native vines such as Bellone, Cesanese, Malvasia and Trebbiano, and also it chooses a natural viticulture made of land, sun, water and wind. These are the protagonists of the work done in the vineyard and only ingredients that give to the grapes all their qualities.
SanVitis's mission is to bottle a strong territorial identity, an healthy wine idea, according to a natural process, that respects the tradition but with modernity. SanVitis is convinced that wine is made in vineyard with a lot of craftsmanship.
